We provide personalized assistance in booking tee times, arranging transportation, and recommending golf courses based on your preferences. We act as an intermediary between you and the golf courses.

While we strive to provide accurate information, we cannot guarantee the availability of tee times or specific pricing at any given time. All bookings are subject to confirmation by the respective golf courses.

When making a booking inquiry through our service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

Booking Process: After you submit an inquiry, we will contact you via your preferred method (WhatsApp, Zalo, or email) to confirm details and availability. A booking is only confirmed once you receive confirmation from us.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policies vary by golf course. We will inform you of the specific cancellation policy at the time of booking. Cancellation fees may apply as determined by the golf course.

Payment: Payment terms and methods will be communicated during the booking process. Prices are subject to change based on course rates, seasonal variations, and other factors.

Play Golf Vietnam acts as a booking intermediary and is not responsible for the services provided by golf courses.

We do not own, operate, or control any golf courses. The golf courses are solely responsible for their facilities, services, and any incidents that may occur on their premises.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Play Golf Vietnam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or your golf experience at any course.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
